View Previously Outsourced Charges

NextGen® Enterprise PM searches for charges that have already been outsourced and displays them in the search criteria. You can generate a report based on the result of your search criteria.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select File > Processes > Outsource Charges.
    The Outsource Process window opens.
  3. On the General tab, select the required search criteria, and then select the Outsourced charges only check box.
    Selecting this check box limits the search to charges that are already outsourced.
  4. Select Find.
    The search results appear.
  5. To generate and view a report for the previously outsourced charges, select Report.
  6. To clear the search criteria to perform another search, select Reset.
