The Advanced tab allows you to set up a search using a mathematical expression to define and narrow the scope of the search.
From the Advanced tab, select the drop-down arrow in the Field field and select the field you want to use in the search.
Select the drop-down arrow in the Expression field and select the expression that filters your search as desired. Valid options include: Equal, Not Equal, Greater Than, Less Than.
Enter the applicable date in the Date field in MMDDYYYY format.
Use the And/Or field to add another line to the advanced search. Select one of the following:
And: Search results are based on meeting the search criteria for both the line where "And" was selected and the line below it (Criteria from both lines must be met.)
Or: Search results are based on meeting the search criteria for either the line where "Or" was selected or the line below it, but not both lines of the search (Criteria from one line must be met.)
Continue entering all the lines for the search.
Note: If you enter too many lines in your search, you could make the search too complex and your search results might turn up nothing.
Select Find.
The search results display below in the Task List.
