When one practice in an enterprise has set up multi-merchant IDs or Device Profiles, then the profiles or multi-merchant IDs do not cross practices. Activate the AutoWorker Task

The purpose of this task is to send a collection letter when the system date is after the card's expiration date and the card is expired. In File Maintenance > Master Files > Task Types on the Task Types List window select the open menu button and select New. The Task Types window opens. Select the Auto Creation tab. Complete the following required fields: Task Type - enter the task type as defined by your organization. Source Type - select Account. In the Activate column, select the Active Credit Card on file will expire in <0> days. Right-click and select Open. The Task Type Options window opens. To select the number of days in advance that you want to be notified when an active credit card expires, select the number in the Parameter 1 field, and then select OK. Select the Auto Worker tab. Creating Tasks in Maintenance

The following tasks can be activated when processing credit card payments on the Task Types window in file maintenance. On the Auto Creation tab, you can create the active credit card on file will expire in (X) days. On the Auto Complete tab, you can create the Active card on file disabled task completion action. Set Up Significant Events for Credit Cards on File

The Significant Event Information window has the following options for tracking credit cards on file: Credit Card on File Disabled Credit Card on File Enabled When selected, this information displays on the Significant Event report. Select Admin > Preferences > Significant Event.. The Significant Event Information window opens.
