Set up Statement and Collection Information for Accounts

The demographics information appears by default when you open the Properties tab under the Account Profile window for an employer account.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Tasks menu, select Lookup > Accounts.
    The Account Lookup window opens.
  3. To search for a person account, enter the search criteria data, and then select Find.
    You can use different combinations of the search criteria to search for a person's account.
    Accounts that match the search criteria appear in the Account List section.
  4. Double-click a person account.
    • The account profile for the account appears.
    • The Properties tab becomes available and displays the current demographic information for the account.
    • The Account Demographics section is automatically filled with information derived from the Employer master file.

  5. In the Statements section under the Account Settings section, select your desired options for the account statements.
    A message appears for your confirmation to save the changes.
  6. Select Yes.
    The statement and collection information is saved for the account.
