Access Active Accounts

You can select an active account from the toolbar of the current account.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Tasks menu, select Lookup > Accounts.
    The Account Lookup window opens.
  3. To search for an account, enter the search criteria data, and then select Find
    You can use different combinations of the search criteria to search for a person's account.
    Accounts that match the search criteria, appear in the Account List section.
  4. Double-click a person account.
    The Account Profile window opens.
  5. Select open menu , and then select Access Active Account.

    The active account icon Active account icon displays at the bottom of the Account Profile window.

    The active account becomes the current account.
