Create Employer Accounts from Account Lookup

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM
  2. On the NextGen® Enterprise PM toolbar, select Account.
    The Account Lookup window opens.
  3. Select Employer/Last Name, and then enter the employer name.
  4. Clear the People Accounts and Existing Accounts Only check boxes.
  5. Select Find.
    The employer appears in the Account List section of the Account Lookup window.
  6. Double-click to select the employer.
    The employer account is created and the Account Profile window opens.
