Printing Multi-Language Letters

When publishing letter types for patients, the application determines the patient's language by checking the correspondence language entered in the Correspondence Language field on the Patient Information > Demographics tab. The letter types can be previewed and printed in the patient's preferred correspondence language.

  • When the preferred correspondence language feature is enabled for appointment reminder, recall, demand account, demand encounter and budget letters, you can print and preview the letters in their associated language.
  • The export letter functionality can be used for letters only written in English. You cannot export letters written in one of the supported correspondence languages.
