Printing Fee Tickets

A Fee Ticket is a form than can be printed and given to the provider to document diagnosis codes and procedure codes for a patient's encounter. The form can then be used as the source document for entering charges on the encounter. Fee Tickets can be printed from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM: File Menu (blank forms only) Appointment Book Appointment Lookup Patient Chart > Encounters Tab Encounter Lookup Note: A Fee Ticket that is printed from an appointment before the appointment is checked-in and linked to an encounter does not include the encounter number in the header section. Print a Blank Fee Ticket A blank Fee Ticket can be printed without patient-specific information. Printing Patient Data Sheets

The data sheet includes demographic, responsible party (guarantor), primary insurance and secondary insurance information for the patient. You can use the Patient Data Sheet as an intake form to update the patient's demographic and financial information. There are two forms available: Patient Data Sheet and Patient Data Sheet Detail. The detail version of the form includes additional patient information that is not included on the other form. Forms and Labels

Forms and Labels can be created in File Maintenance and then printed for an individual patient, or for multiple patients in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Any type of form that is used by a practice can be created in the Forms master file, or the Forms Enhanced master file. Some forms may be used to gather information from a patient, such as an intake form. Other forms may be used to provide information to a patient or to their insurance provider. Each form is created using a combination of free-text verbiage for static information on the form, and data fields that are automatically populated with patient-specific information when the form is printed. Labels that are used by a practice can be created in the Label Templates master file. Examples include mailing labels, chart labels and specimen labels. Print an Individual Recall Letter

An individual Recall Letter can be printed on demand for a patient from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM: Appointment Book Appointment Lookup Window Patient Chart > Encounters Tab Checkin / Checkout AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall Note: Printing an individual recall letter on demand does not update the 1st/2nd/3rd Mailing Date for the recall in the patient's chart. Mailing dates are updated only if a letter is printed or exported in batch mode from the File > Print Forms > Letters > Recall Letters menu.
