Print Fee Tickets

Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. On the main toolbar, select Chart or Chart Lookup . The Patient Lookup window opens. In the Search Criteria section, enter the patient's information, and then select Find. Patient records that match the search criteria appear in the Matching Records section. Select the patient, and then select Open. The Patient Chart window opens. select the Financial tab. All encounters for the patient are listed in the Financial Information section. Right-click an encounter in the encounters list, and then select Print > Fee Tickets. The Print Fee Tickets window opens. Select Print. Filter Encounters on the Patient Chart

You can narrow the list of encounters on the Financial tab under the Patient Chart to display only those that meet specific filter criteria. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. On the main toolbar, select Chart or Chart Lookup . The Patient Lookup window opens. In the Search Criteria section, enter the patient's information, and then select Find. Patient records that match the search criteria appear in the Matching Records section. Select the patient, and then select Open. The Patient Chart window opens. Select the Financial tab. All encounters for the patient are listed in the Financial Information section. To view encounters based on specific criteria, select Filter. The Filter Options window opens. Print Itemized Statements

You can generate and print an itemized statement on demand from the Encounters Detail tab of the Account Profile window. The statement can include all encounters for the account or only specific encounters based on selected filter criteria. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Tasks menu, select Lookup > Accounts. The Account Lookup window opens. To search for a person account, enter the search criteria data, and then select Find. You can use different combinations of the search criteria to search for a person's account. Accounts that match the search criteria appear in the Account List section. Double-click a person account. The Account Profile window opens. Select the Encounters Detail tab. All patients linked to the account appear in the Guarantor Information section. Print an Itemized Bill from the Patient Chart

An Encounter Bill can be printed for a patient from their chart. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Chart. The Patient Lookup window opens. Select the desired patient, and then select Open. The Patient Chart opens for the desired patient. Select the Encounters tab. Select the encounter. Do one of the following: Right-click the encounter, select Print, and then select Encounter Bill. From the Tasks menu, select Demand, and then select Demand Itemized Bill. The Itemized Bill for Encounter window opens. Review the default Itemized Bill Options and make modifications, if needed. Note: The default settings are from Practice Preferences > Itemized Bills. Select Preview to preview the encounter bill on the window prior to printing. Select Print to print the encounter bill. The encounter bill is automatically sent to the printer defined in Practice Preferences > Printing. If the user has specified a different printer in their General User Preferences > Printing, it overrides the printer defin

Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Chart. The Patient Lookup window opens. Enter Search Criteria to locate the desired patient. Select Find. From the search results in the Matching Records section, double-click to open the patient. The Patient Chart window opens. From the main toolbar, select the Statements button. The Patient Statement window opens. The default settings on the Patient Statement > General tab are from pre-defined settings in Practice Preferences > Statements. Review the default Statement Options settings and make modifications, if needed. Note: The Enterprise, Practice, Location and Provider filter tabs are not available when printing an individual demand patient statement. Do one of the following: To print the statement, select Print. To create an ASCII export file to be sent to a third-party vendor for processing (printing and mailing), select Export.
