Modify an Individual Appointment Created from a Group Appointment

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the main toolbar, select ApptBook.
  3. Select the Group Check-in icon.
    The group modal window opens.
  4. Select the member's individual appointment.
  5. Right-click and then select Open > Appointment.
    The Edit Appointment window opens.
  6. Modify the appointment as needed.
  7. Select OK.
    Modifications made to the appointment are saved.

    If the appointment is part of a recurring series and you changed the Date, Time, Event, Duration, Resources or Service Location, the appointment is removed from the recurring series.

    If you modified the Date, Time, Event, Duration, Resources or Service Location field, the Reschedule Reason window opens.

  8. If the Reschedule Reason window opens, select a reason for rescheduling the appointment. This field is required.
  9. Select OK.
