Modify a Group Appointment

You can modify a group appointment if needed. Any modifications made to a group appointment will automatically update the associated individual member appointments with the same changes. You can also manage whether other group appointments in a recurring series should be updated with the same information.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the main toolbar, select ApptBook.
  3. Select the Group Check-in icon.
    The group modal window opens.
  4. Select the member's individual appointment.
  5. Right-click and then select Open > Group Appointment.
  6. In Edit Appointment, update the required details.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Select Yes.
  9. In Reason for appointment reschedule, select a reason from the drop-down list and then select OK.
    The Update Recurring Group Appointments window opens.
  10. In Group Recurrences, do the following:
    • Select the checkbox for recurring group appointments that should be updated with the same modifications. Appointments are selected by default.
    • Clear the checkbox for recurring group appointments that should not be updated with the same modifications.
  11. Select OK.
