The 
Encounters Detail tab of the 
Account Profile window contains a list of all the encounters associated with a particular account. You can do the following on the 
Encounters Detail tab. 
   
    - View totals for accounts including the balance owed.
 
    - View the total adjustments and charges for each of the patients.
 
    - Filter encounters according to your preference.
 
    - Pre-list encounters for sending to a collection agency and assigning a bad debt status.
 
    - Reinstate encounters that have been previously pre-listed.
 
   
   
   
  
   A folder appears for each patient under this guarantor. You can do the following to see more information for a selected encounter: 
   
    - Double-click the encounter to view the details of the encounter.
 
    - Right-click in the first row of the Guarantor Information section to select the columns to display in the Guarantor Information section of the window.
