To integrate your Microsoft® Outlook mail with your NextGen Mail, do the following:
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
From the Admin menu, select Preferences, then User, and then General.
The User Preferences window appears.
Select the General tab.
In the Mail Options section, select the Logon to Outlook Mail at startup check box.
For Default, select one of the following:
NextGen: Select this button if NextGen Mail is used most often.
Outlook: Select this button if Outlook Mail is used most often.
To save changes and close the window, select OK.
Log out and then log back in to NextGen® Enterprise PM for the changes to take effect.
Note: If the Logon to Outlook Mail at startup check box is not selected and the Outlook button is selected as the default, then your Outlook mail does not display in NextGen® Enterprise PM. NextGen Mail will be used as the default in this situation.
