After downloading appointments and to-do list items for a resource from NextGen® Enterprise PM, you can view the appointments in the Calendar folder and the to-do list items in the Tasks folder in Microsoft® Outlook. This integration provides a unified view of schedules and responsibilities, enhances operational efficiency, supports better time management, minimizes oversight, and promotes coordinated workflows across the practice.
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Do one of the following:
- To view the appointments, open the Calendar folder and hover over an appointment to display a tooltip with the necessary information.
- To view the to-do list items, open the Tasks folder.
Appointments scheduled in NextGen® Enterprise PM appear on the calendar in Outlook, and To Do List items entered in theAppointment Book under the Daily view in NextGen® Enterprise PM appear as tasks in Outlook.
- To view more detailed information, double-click to open the appointment or task.
Note: For this functionality to work, the Outlook mail options must be selected in your General User Preferences.
