Include Non-Members of a Patient Group to Previous Group Encounters
Before you begin
If a non-member of a patient group is a participant of a group encounter that has already been checked-in, you can add the participant member to the group encounter.
For example, assume that a session on Anger Management (a group encounter) was attended by members of the Anger Management patient group. John Doe is a member of the Behavioural Health patient group, but a non-member of the Anger Management group. Out of interest, he has participated in the Anger Management session. In such a scenario, you can record John's participation by adding him only to the group encounter without adding him to the Anger Management patient group.
