Fields for Adding Members to Group Encounters
The Add Member to Group Encounters window displays the encounters created for the patient group from NextGen® Enterprise EHR and/or NextGen® Enterprise PM.
The following table describes the fields on the Add Members to Group Encounters window.
Field | Description |

Group Enc Date | Billable date and time of the group encounter. |
Group Name | Patient group that was selected when the group encounter was created. |
Location | Service location of the group encounter. |
Rendering | Rendering physician in charge of the group encounter. |
Billable | Displays Y if the group encounter is billable. Displays N if the group encounter is non-billable. |
Clinical | Displays Y if the group encounter is clinical. Displays N if the group encounter is non-clinical. |
Created By | Member who has created the group encounter. |
Appt Date/Time | Group appointment date and time for the group encounter. |
Event | Group appointment event for the group encounter. |
Resources | Group appointment resources for the group encounter. |
