Customize Matching Records columns

Action	Description
Auto Size Colums	Select a column header, then right-click and select Auto Size Column, or select any column header, then right-click and select Auto Size All Columns.
Rearrange Columns	Select the header of a column to be moved, then drag the column to the left or right to drop the column in the desired position.
Add/ Remove Colums	Right-click any column header, then select on a description in the list to select (add) or deselect (remove) the column.

Matching Records for Patient or People Lookup

When you enter your search criteria on the Patient Lookup or People Lookup window and select Find, records of people and patients that match appear in the Matching Records section. You can scroll right or left to view more information for each person or patient. From the matching records section of the window, you can do the following: Use the Patient icon to open the Patient Chart for the desired Patient. Use Person Icon to open the Add Patient Information window for the desired Person. Use the right-click option for a patient or person to view all the available actions. Add or Remove Columns in the Appointment Lookup Results

You can customize the columns that appear in the Appointment List section of the Appointment Lookup window. Right-click any column header. A context menu opens with the lists all columns that are available for the window. Note: The columns that are included in the current view display a icon. Add or Remove Columns in the Lookup Results

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, do one of the following to open the Patient Lookup window: On the main toolbar, select Chart. From the Tasks menu, select Lookup > Charts. Patient Lookup Window Enter the details in the Search Criteria fields to find the desired person or patient. You can use multiple parameters. For example, you can enter part of the last and first names, and birth date. Note: Fields with the Lightning Bolt indicator are for direct match searches and cannot be used with other search criteria. Select Find. All existing person and patient records that match the search criteria appear in Matching Records. Right-click any column header. The menu lists all columns available in the Matching Records section. Adjusting the columns can improve the appearance of reports and make room for additional information. To manually adjust a column's width select the column's right diamond and drag it to the right to widen or drag it to the left to narrow the column. To automatically adjust all column widths, select Autosize on the Report toolbar. To add a column, select the column from the Report Filter window Columns filter option.
