Adjusting Report Columns

Adjusting the columns can improve the appearance of reports and make room for additional information.
  1. To manually adjust a column's width select the column's right diamond and drag it to the right to widen or drag it to the left to narrow the column.
  2. To automatically adjust all column widths, select Autosize on the Report toolbar.
  3. To add a column, select the column from the Report Filter window Columns filter option. For more information, see Selecting Report Columns.
  4. To remove a column do one of the following:
    • In the report display, select the column's right diamond and drag to the left until it touches the left diamond.
    • Remove the column on the Report Filter window Columns filter option. For more information, see Selecting Report Columns.
