Select Report Columns

The Columns filter in the Report Filter displays a list of the available column names. You can select which columns to display on the report and their order.

  1. In the Report Filter, select Columns.
  2. Select the check boxes next to the desired column names and deselect any columns you do not wish to include.
  3. To change a column's position on the report, select the column name to highlight it, and then select the appropriate arrow to move the name up or down in the list.
    The columns in the list print from left to right, so moving a name up in the list shifts it further to the left of the report and moving it down shifts it closer to the right.
