You can rearrange the columns on a report, so they appear in the order you want.
Access the Report Filter > Columns Settings List.
Select the row for the desired Column Name.
To move the column up or down, do one of the following:
Select the single blue arrow ( or ) button to move the selected row above or below the next row.
Select the double blue arrow ( or ) button to move the selected row to the top or the bottom of the list.
Note: The order the selected columns appear in the Columns list on the Report Filter window, top to bottom, is how they appear on the report, left to right.
