Sorting and Grouping Report Data

From the Sorting option in the Report Filter window Settings List, you can sort and group the rows in a report to determine the order that report information appears. The list position indicates the sorting priority. The arrows move the columns names up or down the list. The report sorts the items higher in the list first. For example, if a report has the columns Prac Name column is first in the list and Loc Name column is second, the report sorts according to the practice name and then by location name.
