Adjusting the columns can improve the appearance of reports and make room for additional information.
- To manually adjust a column's width select the column's right diamond and drag it to the right to widen or drag it to the left to narrow the column.
- To automatically adjust all column widths, select Autosize
on the Report toolbar.
- To add a column, select the column from the Report Filter window Columns filter option.
- To remove a column do one of the following:
- In the report display, select the column's right diamond and drag to the left until it touches the left diamond.
- Remove the column on the Report Filter window Columns filter option.
