Create Cost Estimation Forms in File Maintenance

If you are the administrator, you can add or remove placeholders in the form template for cost estimation. You can also specify if the form requires electronic signature.
  1. In File Maintenance, select Master Files > Systems > Forms Enhanced.
    The Forms Enhanced window opens.

  2. Select or create a form for cost estimation.
    The form template opens.

  3. Expand Pre-Service/Estimate Information to view the Pre-Service fields.
  4. On the draft form template, place your cursor where you want to add a placeholder, and double-click a Pre-Service/Estimate Information field in the right pane.
    The placeholder appears in the form template.
  5. For an electronically signed cost estimation form, select the Required Esignature option in the Esignature Options section.
  6. Save your changes.
