Alerts Report
The Alerts report can be used to generate a list of custom alert messages that display to users in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Custom alerts are created by users in a guarantor's tab, or in a patient's tab. From the report window, you can "drill-down" to the account or chart to see the actual alert message.
To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Alerts.
