Generate Alerts Report

You can generate a list of custom alert messages report. Custom alerts are created by users in a guarantor's Account Profile > Notes tab, or in a patient's Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab. From the report window, you can examine further to the account or chart to see the actual alert message.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Reports > General > Alerts.

  3. Select the necessary filters to include in the report, and then select OK.
    The Alerts window is displayed with the generated report information.
