Task Options

Highlight My Tasks InYou can select a color for tasks assigned to you. The color is used in the Task List section of the Worklog Manager window. You can select from the following colors:
  • Blue
  • Cyan
  • Gold
  • Green
  • Magenta
  • Red
Sort Tasks ByYou can select a default sort for tasks. The sort is used in the Task List section of the Worklog Manager window. You can select from the following fields:
  • Assigned To
  • Completed By
  • Due Date
  • Priority
  • Source Type
  • Status
  • Subject
  • Task Type
Ascending

Descending

You can select a default order for your Sort Tasks By selection above. The order is used in the Task List section of the Worklog Manager window. You can select either Ascending or Descending.
Do not refresh worklog after updating tasksYou can select this check box to prevent the Task List section of the Worklog Manager window from refreshing after you update a task in the list. By default, this option is not selected.
Worklog Manager real time column displayYou can select in the Display column to enable or disable the display of specific "real-time" columns in the Task List section of the Worklog Manager window. These columns are indicated by a clock icon in the column header and they display real-time, or "as of now" data.
Preferred TasksThe Preferred Tasks section controls the display order of tasks in the Task Type field on the Worklog Manager window. Do one of the following:
  • To display all task types in alphabetical order, leave all check boxes blank.
  • To customize the display order, select a task type and then select the blue up and down arrows to move it to the desired order.
Select Preferred Tasks by default in WorklogYou can select this check box to automatically use your preferred tasks in the Task Type field when searching for tasks on the Worklog Manager window.
Worklog Manager column displayYou can select in the Display column to enable or disable the display of specific columns in the Task List section of the Worklog Manager.
