Filter Batch Statements by Location

To filter batch statements by location, do the following: Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select File > Print Forms > Statements. The Statement Options window opens. Select Location. The Include ALL records of this type check box is selected by default. To select the locations to be included in the batch, select the Open Record button. The Locations window opens. Three buttons are available in the Options section at the bottom of the window: Location (default) Location SubGrp 1 Location SubGrp 2Note: The actual names of the Location SubGrp 1 and Location SubGrp 2 buttons are defined in Enterprise Preferences > General. The Location Subgroupings are created in File Maintenance > Master Lists. Statement Logos for Practice and Location

A logo can be imported into NextGen® Enterprise PM for each Practice and/or Location. Logos are imported in NextGen® Enterprise PM, by selecting File > Tools > Image Explorer. For more information on importing logos, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Practice Workflow Guide for NextGen® Enterprise PM and then refer to the Image Explorer section. When imported, either the practice logo or the location logo prints on individual demand statements and on batch statements. The logo that prints is determined by the Print One Statement setting on the Statement Options window. You can generate statements with a practice logo or location logo in the Statement Options window by selecting For Each Practice or For Each Location in the Print One Statement field, and then selecting Print or Export. Print or Export a Patient Statement from the Charge or Payment Window

Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. To open the Patient Statement window from the Charge Posting window, do the following: Select Charges. The Charge Posting window opens. Select the patient and encounter. Select Print Menu, and then select Statement. The Patient Statement window opens. To open the Patient Statement window from the Payment Entry window, do the following: Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Print or Export an Account Statement from the Account Profile

Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Account. The Account Lookup window opens. Enter Search Criteria to locate the desired account. Select Find. From the search results in the Account List section, double-click to open the account. The Account Profile window opens. From the main toolbar, select the Statements button. The Guarantor Statement window opens. The default settings on the Guarantor Statement > General tab are from pre-defined settings in Practice Preferences > Statements. Review the default Statement Options settings and make modifications, if needed. Note: The Enterprise, Practice, Location and Provider filter tabs are not available when printing an individual demand account statement. Configure Print or Export Settings

In the NextGen® Background Business Processor job, you can configure the Print/Export Settings in the job action. On name of the job action, select the ellipsis button.
