Filter Batch Statements by Location

To filter batch statements by location, do the following:

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select File > Print Forms > Statements.
    The Statement Options window opens.
  3. Select Location.
    The Include ALL records of this type check box is selected by default.
  4. To select the locations to be included in the batch, select the Open Record button.
    The Locations window opens.
    Three buttons are available in the Options section at the bottom of the window:
    • Location (default)
    • Location SubGrp 1
    • Location SubGrp 2
  5. To select locations, do one of the following:
    1. To select by location name, select the Location button.
      Location names are listed in the Available section on the left.
    2. To select by location Subgrouping 1 name, select the Location SubGrp 1 button.
      Location Subgrouping 1 names are listed in the Available section on the left. Each subgrouping includes one or more locations.

      If blank, then Location Subgrouping 1 names are not created, or they have been created but not linked to locations.

    3. To select by Location Subgrouping 2 name, select the Location SubGrp 2 button.
      Location Subgrouping 2 names are listed in the Available section on the left. Each subgrouping includes one or more locations.

      If blank, then Location Subgrouping 2 names are not created, or they have been created but not linked to locations.

  6. Use the Add and Remove buttons to select locations or location subgroupings from the Available section on the left to the Included section on the right.
  7. Select OK.
