Filter Batch Statements by Practice
To filter batch statements by practice, do the following:
Open
NextGen® Enterprise PM
.
Select
File > Print Forms > Statements
.
The
Statement Options
window opens.
Select the
Practice
tab.
Do one of the following:
To include all practices in the batch, select the
Include ALL records of this type
check box.
To select the practices to be included in the batch, select the
Open Record
button.
The
Practices
window opens.
Use the
Add
and
Remove
buttons to select practices from the
Available
section on the left to the
Included
section on the right.
To save changes and close the window, select
OK
.

To filter batch statements by enterprise, do the following: Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select File > Print Forms > Statements. The Statement Options window opens. Select the Enterprise tab. Do one of the following: To include all enterprises in the batch, select the Include ALL records of this type check box. To select the enterprises to be included in the batch, select Open Record . Filter Batch Statements by Provider
To filter batch statements by provider, do the following: Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select File > Print Forms > Statements. The Statement Options window opens. Select the Provider tab. The Include ALL records of this type check box is selected by default. To select the providers to be included in the batch, select the Open Record button. The Rendering Providers window opens. In the Search Method section in the middle of the window, select one of the following buttons: All Providers (default): Select to list all providers from the Providers master file. Rendering: Select to list only rendering providers for the selected practice(s). Practice Related: Select to list all providers with practice access for the selected practice(s). In the Options section, you can see the following fields are at the bottom of the window. Provider (default) Provider SubGrp 1 Provider SubGrp 2 Note: The actual names of the Provider SubGrp 1 and Provider SubGrp 2 buttons are defined in Enterprise Preference

To filter batch statements by location, do the following: Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select File > Print Forms > Statements. The Statement Options window opens. Select Location. The Include ALL records of this type check box is selected by default. To select the locations to be included in the batch, select the Open Record button. The Locations window opens. Three buttons are available in the Options section at the bottom of the window: Location (default) Location SubGrp 1 Location SubGrp 2Note: The actual names of the Location SubGrp 1 and Location SubGrp 2 buttons are defined in Enterprise Preferences > General. The Location Subgroupings are created in File Maintenance > Master Lists. Individual locations can then be grouped together by assigning each to one or two subgroupings in the Locations master file in File Maintenance. Statement Options Window Filters
The Statement Options window includes four additional tabs at the top of the window. These tabs can be used as additional filters to include or exclude specific Enterprises, Practices, Locations or Providers prior to printing or exporting a statement batch. When generating a batch of statements, the current Enterprise and Practice, and all Locations and all Providers within the current enterprise or practice, are selected by default. Generate a Statement Run Report
To generate a Statement Run report before printing or exporting batch statements, do the following: Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the File menu, select Print Forms, and then Statements. The Statement Options window opens. The default settings on the Statement Options > General tab are from pre-defined settings in Practice Preferences > Statements. Generating Batch Statements
Statements for all guarantor accounts that have met or exceeded the Number of Days between Statements defined in Practice Preferences > Statements can be generated at the same time in a batch. To include a guarantor account in the batch, the account must meet all criteria and parameters selected on the Statement Options window. The default settings on the Statement Options window are from pre-defined settings in Practice Preferences > Statements.
