Reports in File Maintenance
File Maintenance has three kinds of reports that are available from the main menu:
- List reports: Reports you can generate from an open list, for example, from an item in the Payer List for the Payer master file.
- Memorized reports: Generic system reports that you have customized. If you want to save a customized report, you can have the application "memorize" it. Memorizing a report spares you from having to apply the same modifications each time you run the report. Memorizing a report only saves the parameters of the report, not the actual data.
- System generated reports: Pre-configured reports that provide information on specific areas.
Group Listing report: Lists all user groups from the System Administrator and what permissions each group has.
User Listing report: Lists all the users for each enterprise and practice. It also lists the security groups to which they are assigned.
