Generate a User Listing Report

The User Listing report lists all the users in each enterprise and practice combination and which security groups they are assigned to. On the Reports menu, select Users List. The Report Filter window displays the following filter options: Columns, Filter 2, Sorting, Totals, and Practices. The Filter 1 option is not available because it is not applicable to this report. For each filter option, select the filter settings to determine the information the report will contain. Select Options to set how numbers will display and the print orientation Select Head/Foot to change the report header and footer information . Select OK. The User Listing report opens. Generate a Group Listing Report

The Group Listing report lists all the user groups and permissions of each group from System Administrator. On the Reports menu, select Groups List. The Report Filter window displays the following filter options: Columns, Filter 2, Sorting, Totals, and Practices. To set the report criteria, select each filter option and select the filter settings. Select Options to set how numbers will display and the print orientation. Reports in File Maintenance

File Maintenance has three kinds of reports that are available from the main menu: List reports: Reports you can generate from an open list, for example, from an item in the Payer List for the Payer master file. Memorized reports: Generic system reports that you have customized. If you want to save a customized report, you can have the application "memorize" it. Memorizing a report spares you from having to apply the same modifications each time you run the report. Memorizing a report only saves the parameters of the report, not the actual data. System generated reports: Pre-configured reports that provide information on specific areas. Group Listing report: Lists all user groups from the System Administrator and what permissions each group has. User Listing report: Lists all the users for each enterprise and practice. Generate Alternate Payer Listing Report

To generate the Alt Payer Listing report, do the following: In File maintenance, select Master Files > System > PM and then select Payers-Alt Payers. The Payers-Alt Payers List window opens. From the Payers-Alt Payers list, select an alternate payer and do one of the following: Select open menu and then select Print. Right-click an alternate payer and then select Print. Forms

You can create and modify templates to standardize patient forms that are used by your practice. The form templates determine the structure for patient forms, such as where certain information must be placed on the form. For example, if you have pre-printed fee tickets, you can set up a template to your specifications. You can create label templates for mailing labels, chart labels, form labels, or any other labels you need. To design your own forms, you need to access the Forms Templates master file from File Maintenance > System > Forms master file. Set Up a Default Sort Order for Printing

Access File Maintenance. Select System Master Files, then PM, and then either Forms or Label Templates. The Forms List or Label Templates List window appears. From the list, double-click to open the desired Form or Label Template. The Form Design or Label Design window appears. From the design toolbar, select the Template Sorting Preference button. The Template Sorting Preference window appears. All data fields included on the form or label are listed in the Available Data Fields section on the left. From the Available Data Fields list, select a data field to be used in the default sort order for printing. Select the Add button to move the data field to the Selected Data Fields section on the right. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to add up to four additional data fields to the default sort. Note: A maximum of 5 data fields can be selected for the default sort.
