| PM Visual Indicators | Displays the count for NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts on the Alerts button on the Patient Information Bar. If both NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts exist, the total count is for both types of alerts. For example, if there are 3 NextGen® Enterprise EHR alerts and 1 NextGen® Enterprise PM alert, the Alerts button displays a count of 4 with this preference enabled. If this preference is disabled, the total count shown is 3. Colors the Alerts button to red if NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts exist even if no NextGen® Enterprise EHR alerts exist. If there are only NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts and this preference is not enabled, the Alerts button is gray. The Alerts button is red when NextGen® Enterprise EHR alerts exist regardless of this setting. |
