Map Master List Languages to a Correspondence Language
- Open File Maintenance.
 - Select System  > Correspondence Language Mapping. 
   The Correspondence Language Mapping window opens.
The Available Language column lists the master list languages available for associating to a selected correspondence language.
 - In the Corr Languages column, select a Correspondence Language.
 - To map an available language to a Correspondence Language, in the Available Language column, select the applicable languages. 
   The selected Available Languages display in the Mapped Language list for the correspondence language.Note: You can use the search bar to find correspondence language and master list languages.
 - To promote or demote a correspondence language in the Corr Language column, select the correspondence language and then do one of the following: 
   
- Select the double-arrow buttons to promote or demote the correspondence language to the top or to the bottom of the list.
 - Select the single-arrow buttons to incrementally promote or demote the correspondence language.
 
 - To view all the master list languages mapped to a correspondence language, point to the Mapped Language column against a correspondence language. 
   A list of all the languages mapped to a correspondence language appears in a tooltip.Note: You can view up to 50 master list languages mapped to a correspondence language.
 - Select OK to save changes.
