Use this procedure to identify all new and existing encounters as convert in-progress. Use the following procedure to enable this option.
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Admin > menu > Preferences > Practice > Encounters
The Practice Preferences Encounters window opens.
Select the Use Convert In Progress Indicator check box and select OK.
Note: When you select this check box the following occurs:
The Default new encounters "Convert In Progress Indicator"to enabled check box is automatically selected on the Practice Preferences Encounters window.
The Convert In Progress check box is automatically selected on the Create Encounter and Encounter Maintenances windows.
