Enable the Multi-Channel Message View Confirmation Window

You can enable or disable the multi-message view confirmation window from the Administrator settings.

The multi-message view confirmation window appears when a user attempts to view messages across multiple channels to notify the user that the search operation may take an extended amount of time. The confirmation window gives users the option to proceed with or cancel the search.

You can enable or disable the multi-message view confirmation window from the Administrator settings.

  1. In the Administrator, select Settings from the Mirth® Connect panel.
  2. Select the Administrator tab.
  3. Enable or disable the Multi-channel message view confirmation option.
