Schedule A Batch Printing Job

To schedule a batch printing job, use the fields below the Batch Job Scheduling grid to add the job details to the grid.
  1. Select the field under the Financial Category column of the Batch Job Scheduling grid and select the Financial Category.
  2. Select the field under the Document Name column and select the document that you want printed.
  3. Select the field under the Use Printer at Location column and select the printer location for the batch printing job.
  4. Select the field under the Override Server column and select the server.
  5. Select the field under the Override Printer column to select the printer.
  6. Select the left-hand field under the Start Time column to select the hour, and then select the right-hand field to select the minutes for the printing time.
  7. Select the option for AM or PM.
  8. Select Add to add the scheduled print job to the grid.
