Update a Batch Printing Job
You can change the settings for a scheduled batch printing job.
- Select the scheduled batch printing entry in the Batch Job Scheduling grid.
- Update the entries in the fields below the grid as needed.
- Select Update.

To schedule a batch printing job, use the fields below the Batch Job Scheduling grid to add the job details to the grid. Select the field under the Financial Category column of the Batch Job Scheduling grid and select the Financial Category. Select the field under the Document Name column and select the document that you want printed. Select the field under the Use Printer at Location column and select the printer location for the batch printing job. Select the field under the Override Server column and select the server. Select the field under the Override Printer column to select the printer. Select the left-hand field under the Start Time column to select the hour, and then select the right-hand field to select the minutes for the printing time. Select the option for AM or PM. Select the entry in the Print Servers grid. To change the server, select the field under the Server column of the Print Servers grid once to edit the entry, or twice to select a different server. To change the printer, select the field under the Printer column once to edit the entry, or twice to select a different printer. Select Update.
