Manage Print Servers

NTS Doc Batch Config Template

To open the NTS Doc Batch Config template, select the Batch Print Setup button at the bottom of the NTS Document Config template. The NTS Doc Batch Config template has the following grids: The Print Servers grid to specify the print servers your organization has, and which printer is associated with each server. The Default Print Servers grid to assign default print servers and printers to specific locations. The Batch Job Scheduling grid to schedule specific documents to print at a specific printer and time for a specified financial category (usually Work Comp and Auto). Schedule A Batch Printing Job

To schedule a batch printing job, use the fields below the Batch Job Scheduling grid to add the job details to the grid. Select the field under the Financial Category column of the Batch Job Scheduling grid and select the Financial Category. Select the field under the Document Name column and select the document that you want printed. Select the field under the Use Printer at Location column and select the printer location for the batch printing job. Select the field under the Override Server column and select the server. Select the field under the Override Printer column to select the printer. Select the left-hand field under the Start Time column to select the hour, and then select the right-hand field to select the minutes for the printing time. Select the option for AM or PM. Update a Batch Printing Job

You can change the settings for a scheduled batch printing job. Select the scheduled batch printing entry in the Batch Job Scheduling grid. Update the entries in the fields below the grid as needed. Select Update. Parent topic: Manage Batch Printing

Delete a Batch Printing Job

You can delete a batch printing job from the grid so that it no longer runs. Select the scheduled batch printing entry in the Batch Job Scheduling grid. Select Delete. Parent topic: Manage Batch Printing
