Manage Batch Printing

Use the Batch Job Scheduling grid to schedule specific documents to print at a specific printer and time for a specified financial category (usually Work Comp and Auto). NTS Doc Batch Config Template

To open the NTS Doc Batch Config template, select the Batch Print Setup button at the bottom of the NTS Document Config template. The NTS Doc Batch Config template has the following grids: The Print Servers grid to specify the print servers your organization has, and which printer is associated with each server. The Default Print Servers grid to assign default print servers and printers to specific locations. The Batch Job Scheduling grid to schedule specific documents to print at a specific printer and time for a specified financial category (usually Work Comp and Auto). Delete a Print Server or Printer

Update a Default Print Server or Printer

Select the entry in the Default Print Servers grid. To change the location, select the field under the Location column and select a different location. To change the server, select the field under the Server column and select a different server. To change the printer, select the field under the Printer column to edit the entry, or double-click to select a different printer. Select Update. Parent topic: Manage Default Print Servers

Add a Default Print Server

Select the field under the Location column of the Default Print Servers grid and select the practice location from the picklist. Select the field under the Server column, and then select the server.
