The Diagnosis view opens with the active diagnoses codes applied to the patient. It also displays the patient's demographic and encounter details.
To add a diagnosis to the encounter, select Add Diagnosis.
The Add Diagnosis view opens.
Select a diagnosis from Previous Patient Diagnosis or Commonly Used Diagnosis or search for a diagnosis code powered by IMO® terminology, enter a search criteria in the Search field, and then select a diagnosis from the search result.
A view opens listing the details about the diagnosis code and other suggestions from the IMO database.
To add a diagnosis code to the patient encounter, select Add.
