Remove Diagnoses Codes from Patient Encounters

  1. Open NextGen® Mobile.
  2. Open a patient chart.
    The Patient Chart view opens.

  3. Select the Diagnostic icon.
    The Diagnosis view opens listing the active diagnosis codes applied to the patient and also displays the patient's demographic information and the encounter details.
  4. To remove an active code, select and hold the code.
    A message appears prompting you to confirm the deletion.
  5. Select Yes.
    The code is removed from the Diagnosis view.
