Export a Graph to NextGen® PxP Portal

You can add a note or comment and export a graph to NextGen® PxP Portal accounts as .pdf document files. CAUTION: The size of the graph must not exceed 15 MB. In System Administrator, you can set the size limit for documents that are sent to NextGen® PxP Portal. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the patient information bar, select Patient . The Patient Lookup window opens. Select a patient who is enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal. A list of the patient's encounters appear on the Encounter History tab. On the Encounter History tab, locate the graph to export. Sensitive encounters are identified by a sensitive encounter icon appears on the beside the encounter. Select the button. Select the item to export, and select the button. Export Patient Documents to NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger

For NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger export, NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger and any required agents must be installed and configured for use by NextGen Healthcare. For more information, contact NextGen Healthcare Client Support. To select documents for export, follow step 1 to step 5 in Select Patient Documents for Export. On the Export Patient Documents window, select Rosetta, and then select Export. CAUTION: If you have included sensitive data, it will be exported to NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger. Export Patient Documents to Your Local Disk

To select documents for export, follow step 1 to step 5 in Select Patient Documents for Export. On the Export Patient Documents window, select Local Disk, and then select Export. If you have included sensitive data, the Sensitive Encounter data selected window opens. To cancel the export, select Cancel sending. The Export Patient Documents window comes back in view. You can change your selections, and then select Export again. To continue, select Proceed. After you select Export or Proceed, if a file with the same name already exists on your local disk, a message window opens, prompting you to confirm overwriting the existing file. To cancel the export, select Cancel. To overwrite the existing file, select OK. A Document Export window opens while the file is sent to your local disk. Select Patient Documents for Export

You can export a .pdf file of selected patient documents to NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger, to your local disk, or to the patient NextGen® PxP Portal account. From the Patient Lookup window, open an enrolled patient and open the patient record. From the File menu, select Export Patient Documents. The Export Patient Documents window opens with a list of the patient encounters and any attached documents. Sensitive Encounters are identified by a Sensitive Encounter icon on the left. To add items from Available Documents to Documents to be Exported, do one of the following: To add a single document, expand the encounter it is in, select the item, and select the right button. View History of an Item Sent to NextGen® PxP Portal

When you send a NextGen® Enterprise EHR patient chart item such as a document, image, or SAP® Crystal Reports® to a NextGen® PxP Portal, the system creates an audit trail. The system also records when the patient opens the item from the NextGen® PxP Portal. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a NextGen® PxP Portal enrolled patient from the Patient Lookup window. Send Equipment Report PDFs to NextGen® PxP Portal

For patients enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, you can send equipment report PDFs to the portal from a patient's chart on the Encounter History tab. Perform a patient lookup. Select a patient who is enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal. A list of the patient's encounters displays on the Encounter History tab. Locate the Encounter that contains the equipment report PDF you want to export. Select the encounter and select the button. Select the item you want to export, and select the button. Select the Send to Patient Portal. The Patient Portal Document Export window appears. Perform any one of the following: In the Comment box, enter your comments, using up to a maximum of 1,000 characters. Insert a standard response from the Standard Responses pane, and either drag it into the Comment box or double-click it. If required, you can edit the response or right-click in the right pane to insert practice or person/patient information (for example, the name or address field). Note: Standard responses
