The Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window opens.
Select or right-click the Patient open menu, and select Lookup.
The Patient Lookup window opens.
Note: This is an optional field. You can add the patient in the search you can add on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. Else, you can add the patient while booking an appointment for the desired time slot.
On the Patient Lookup window, find the patient for scheduling an appointment.
The patient details appear on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window.
Select an enterprise event from Enterprise Event.
Note: This is a required field. The other search criteria are enabled only after you select the enterprise event.
In Search By, select Resources or Enterprise classes.
If you select Resources, the Resources list appears with the resources defined in Enterprise Scheduling Administration as the options.
If you select Enterprise Classes, the Enterprise Classes list appears with the enterprise classes defined in Enterprise Scheduling Administration as the options.
Select the service location.
Enter the other fields in the search criteria as needed.
Select Find.
Note: When you select more than 200 resources, classes, or service locations, a message appears stating that the application needs more time to find the available time slots because of the large number of resources, classes, or service locations.
All available timeslots that match the entered search criteria appear in the Available Timeslots section.
Note: If no timeslots are found, then a message appears stating that there are no time slots available for the specified search criteria.
To schedule an appointment on the Add Appointment window, in the Available Timeslots section, do one of the following:
Double-click to open the desired time slot.
Right-click the desired time slot, and select Book Appointment.
