Patient Data Sheets can be printed for one or more patients from the Encounter Lookup window.
From the main toolbar, select the Encounter button.
The Encounter Lookup window appears.
Enter Search Criteria as needed to locate the desired patient encounters.
Select Find.
All encounters that match the search criteria entered display in the Encounter List section at the bottom of the window.
From the Encounter List, select all encounters for which a patient data sheet is to be printed.
Right-click and select Print, and then one of the following:
Patient Data Sheet
Patient Data Sheet Detail
The Patient Data Sheet preview window appears.
To print the form to the default printer, select the Quick Print button on the toolbar.
Note: The default printer for Patient Data Sheets is defined in Practice Preferences > Printing. If the user has specified a different printer in their General User Preferences > Printing, it overrides the printer defined in Practice Preferences.
To print the form to a selected printer, select the Print button on the toolbar.
The Print window appears.
Select the desired printer Name, Print Range and Number of Copies, and then select OK.
The Patient Data Sheet prints.
To close the preview window, select the Close Preview button on the toolbar.
