Print a Patient Data Sheet from the Patient Chart

A Patient Data Sheet can be printed from a patient's encounter in the Patient Chart. Access the Patient Chart for the desired patient. Select the Encounters tab. In the Encounters section on the left, select the desired encounter. Right-click and select Print, and then one of the following: Patient Data Sheet Patient Data Sheet Detail The Patient Data Sheet preview window appears. To print the form to the default printer, select the Quick Print button on the toolbar. Note: The default printer for Patient Data Sheets is defined in Practice Preferences > Printing. If the user has specified a different printer in their General User Preferences > Printing, it overrides the printer defined in Practice Preferences. To print the form to a selected printer, select the Print button on the toolbar. The Print window appears. Select the desired printer Name, Print Range and Number of Copies, and then select OK. Print Patient Data Sheets from Encounter Lookup

Patient Data Sheets can be printed for one or more patients from the Encounter Lookup window. From the main toolbar, select the Encounter button. The Encounter Lookup window appears. Enter Search Criteria as needed to locate the desired patient encounters. Select Find. All encounters that match the search criteria entered display in the Encounter List section at the bottom of the window. From the Encounter List, select all encounters for which a patient data sheet is to be printed. A Patient Data Sheet can be printed from a patient's appointment in the Appointment Book. Access the Appointment Book. Select the desired patient appointment. Printing Patient Data Sheets

The data sheet includes demographic, responsible party (guarantor), primary insurance and secondary insurance information for the patient. You can use the Patient Data Sheet as an intake form to update the patient's demographic and financial information. There are two forms available: Patient Data Sheet and Patient Data Sheet Detail. The detail version of the form includes additional patient information that is not included on the other form. Print a Blank Fee Ticket

A blank Fee Ticket can be printed without patient-specific information. From the File menu, select Print Forms, and then Blank Fee Ticket. The Print Fee Tickets window appears. The body section on a blank fee ticket, or the section between the header and footer, will print the image imported for the practice. To select a different body image, do the following in the Fee Ticket Options section: Select the Alternate Fee Ticket Body check box. Select the desired body image name in the drop-down field. In the Printer Settings section, the default printer for fee tickets is displayed. Note: The default printer for Fee Tickets is defined in Practice Preferences > Printing. If the user has specified a different printer in their General User Preferences > Printing, it overrides the printer defined in Practice Preferences. To select a different printer, select the Open Record button. The Print window appears. Select the desired printer Name, Print Range and Number of Copies, and then select OK.
