Add a Recall Plan from the Appointment Lookup Window

  1. On the main toolbar, select the ApptList button.
    The Appointment Lookup window opens.
  2. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria to locate an appointment for the patient.
  3. Select Find.
  4. In the Appointment List section, right-click on the patient’s appointment and select Recall from the menu.
    The Recall Plan Maintenance window open.
