The Advisor Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access various sections of the NextGen® Enterprise PM Advisor window.
| Subgroup | Used in | Description |

| Accounts Receivable | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to access the Accounts Receivable section of the Advisor window. |
| Advisor Update | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to access and run the Advisor Update process from the File menu > Processes. The process updates the totals on the Advisor page, and it normally runs automatically each night. |
| Appointments | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to access the Appointments section of the Advisor window. |
| Claims | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to access the Claims section of the Advisor window. |
