Advisor Operation

The Advisor Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access various sections of the NextGen® Enterprise PM Advisor window.

Accounts ReceivableNextGen® Enterprise PMEnables users to access the Accounts Receivable section of the Advisor window.
Advisor UpdateNextGen® Enterprise PMEnables users to access and run the Advisor Update process from the File menu > Processes. The process updates the totals on the Advisor page, and it normally runs automatically each night.
AppointmentsNextGen® Enterprise PMEnables users to access the Appointments section of the Advisor window.
