Appointment Book	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access the Appointment Book, but not to schedule appointments.
Appointment Book Multi-view	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access the Multi-view tab within the Appointment Book. To access the Appointment Book, users must have access to this also.
Appointment Search	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access the Appt List toolbar button to search for scheduled appointments and to print batch fee tickets.
Appointment Search Engine Updates	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access the Scheduling Update program immediately after making modifications within Scheduling Administration. Note: You must also select the Prompt to defer scheduling admin changes until automated nightly processoption in Appointment Scheduling Practice Preferences.
Default Appt Request/ Confirm Recipient	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to be included in a default address when attaching appointments to NextGen® Enterprise PM e-mail messages.
Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead option to schedule appointments for different practices without logging on to each practice.
Enterprise Scheduling Administration	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access Enterprise Scheduling Administration to set up enterprise appointment scheduling information.
Multi-View Group	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access the Multi-View Group menu item from the context menu in Scheduler Book.
Override Appointment Conflicts	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to override appointment conflicts when they schedule or modify appointments. This enables users to overbook time slots, enter an appointment for an event in a time slot where it would not normally be scheduled, override a doctor's schedule, and make or modify any appointment that would result in a conflict.
Override Category Conflicts	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to override appointment category conflicts when they make an appointment in a time slot/category that is defined to “prevent appointments.” This security right only affects categories that have the Prevent time slots in this category from being returned in Appointment Search Results check box selected on the Add/Edit Category window in NextGen® Enterprise PM >Scheduling Administration.
Override Conflicts with Login	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to override appointment scheduling conflicts. Note: You must also select the Appt Scheduling Practice Preferences >Enable overriding of conflicts with secured login check box.
Scheduling Administration	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access Scheduling Administration to set up appointment scheduling information.
Scheduling Template Assignment	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to assign Templates to a Resource’s calendar within Scheduling Administration.
Scheduling Update	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access and run the Scheduling Update process from the File > Processes menu. The process normally runs automatically each night; you should manually run it only when instructed by NextGen Healthcare. The process updates available appointment time slots for Search Ahead based on template modifications made.
Unlink Appointment Encounter	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to remove the link between an appointment and an encounter in the Appointment Book.
