Insights CDS Router URL
- Enter URL for receiving and saving patient data.
Insights Dashboard URL
- Enter URL for the web page displaying patient data.
You can double-click a preference to enter the value.
To save the changes, select
Save
.

Set Up Access Rights for Care Insights
You can configure the access rights for Insights under the Insight Operations subgroup in System Administrator to view the Care Insights icon on the Quick Access panel in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open System Administrator, and select the user group to configure. Select the Rights tab, and then expand OPERATIONS. Under Insight, select Insights Access. In the Access Rights section, select Yes. By default, the Access Rights is set to Yes for all user groups. If the Access Rights is set to No, the icon to open the Care Insights window is disabled in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select Save. Add URLs for Point of Care Insights You must add URLs to receive and view patient information on the Point of Care Insights window in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.

Set Up Display Settings for Insights
Before you begin Ensure that the following settings are done in System Administrator: Insights CDS Router URL and Insights Dashboard URL are updated. The access rights in Rights > Operations > Insight > Insights Settings is set to Yes For more information on user access rights, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest System Administrator Guide forNextGen®Enterprise. You can customize the appearance of the Insights Viewer window at the user-level with System Administrator rights. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. Select View > Insights. The Insights Viewer window opens. Select the Display Settings icon. The Display Settings window opens. Use the toggle button to show or hide the following components of the patient's health data on the Insights Viewer window. Overview of Insights Viewer
Insights Viewer is an expandable side panel that allows you to efficiently access gaps in patient care and plan accordingly in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Configure Intervention Attributes and Reference Information
You can configure the source attributes to satisfy the decision support intervention on a specific intervention or test using the Attributes View and Management template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From File, select System \ Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. On the Practice tab, select the All option. Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens. Expand the Intervention/Orders Setup panel, select a record in the data grid, and then select the Attributes/Feedback link.The Attributes View and Management template opens. View Dashboard Template
You can view the dashboard template for the selected patient. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Chart/Recalls/Tasking is set to No, then you cannot access Chart from the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar.
